Members of the Councils meet every three months in virtual sessions and each meeting will typically include

• Panels discussing the hottest current topics in retail banking
• Recent sessions included the following panels:
• 1 Mobilising Retail Deposits through Personalised Services
• 2 The role of AI in retail banking 
• 3 Digital Services Driving Retail Lending
• The Council Membership includes Concierge Services to make introductions 
• Members can bring up to eight executives to each meeting
• Lafferty Group creates talking points for post-meeting briefings for members
• This is a thought leadership Council
• There is no selling
• Everyone participates
