Specialist Programmes

Retail Banking Institute offers specialist courses focused on central functions of retail banking, including Fintech, Operations, Sales and Marketing and Retail Credit Risk Management.

Our Specialist Programmes are designed to bring you right up to date with the latest developments in a retail banking world that is being newly re-shaped by technological advances and changing consumer habits.

Our Specialist Programmes take between 40 and 60 hours of study, and are self-paced and delivered digitally through our training portal. Candidates take a short exam at the end of the programme and successful candidates are awarded a certificate from the Retail Banking Institute.
