THE GLOBAL 100
Retail Banking Strategies of the World's Leading Banks
In this second annual survey of global retail banking, a fresh look at the strategies of the world's leading banks shows a lot can change in a year. But, as the French would say, the more things change, the more they stay the same.

But, particularly in Europe, management remained preoccupied with these issues and less able to take the lead in retail banking innovation.
