The Subscription Marketing Manager (B2B) will be a pro-active marketing professional with endless energy and a passion for achieving results. They will have a clear understanding on exactly who the target market is for each business unit and product and will deliver the right marketing strategy focused on profitability. He/she will be expected to proactively manage all marketing activities from direct, digital, communications, inbound and social media. He/she will lead the marketing team to deliver a marketing strategy to support ambitious growth plans.

The responsibilities:

o Develop creative and strategic campaigns for each product/service offering and for the company as a whole, including channel positioning, messaging and segmentation
o Website development and content management — responsible for the day to day running of the Lafferty websites, including updating and management of the front-end customer interfacing website and ensuring consistent website functionality
o Working with the Business Unit Heads to develop and implement content that drives traffic, leads and pipeline
o Analysing website performance and digital marketing activity
o Social Media — manage all social media channels along with the COO
o CRM strategy & systems development including responsibility for the maintenance of the CRM software & providing training where required
o Project management
o Ability to give input into product, pricing and packaging
o Team management and participation
o Create appropriate marketing collateral for products & campaigns
o Brand & PR positioning & management
o Develop market intelligence on the competitive landscape, new market and product opportunities.
o Develop the annual marketing plan for the company including campaigns, digital marketing, brand recognition, and budget management
o Work closely with the COO and Business Unit Heads to develop appropriate marketing strategies and campaigns to support their goals
o Develop and implement e-mail automation marketing campaigns end-to-end, from concept through to design, build and implementation and follow up with post-campaign analysis
o Report on marketing activities and to the COO and senior management team
o Ad-hoc tasks and projects as requested by the Chairman and COO.
o Promote and run monthly webinars

The candidate:

o Experienced marketing professional with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Demonstrable experience in successfully creating and executing marketing campaigns
o Extensive knowledge of CMS, HTML5 and E-mail marketing tools (Campaign Master and Active Campaign)
o Proven SEO, PPC, SEM, Content Marketing, Social & internet marketing skills and brand building experience and understanding of online analytics services such as Google Analytics
o Portfolio to demonstrate work
o Self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative.
o Strong organisational and project management skills
o Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
o Experience in subscription marketing with implementation of email automation campaigns is definitely a plus
o Experience in marketing automation and lead management using
CRM and email marketing tools is essential. Experience in Salesforce, Campaign Master, Active Campaign, Lead Forensics or equivalent systems is desirable
o Excellent communicator, strong interpersonal skills, good project management skills and committed to being a valuable member of a growing team.
o Experience in the Financial services industry is desirable
